Ronald E. Perez

Ronald Ethan Perez, Esq. passed away in Pasadena, CA on December 20, 2021.

He was attended by his wife of 21 years, Diane Cordingley.

Ron was an esteemed and exceptional patent attorney. He attended The Ohio State University, UC Pomona, and the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His passions were his family, fishing, hockey, comic books, and music (especially jazz and blues).

Ron and his wife, Diane were active in rescuing and fostering dozens of animals in Los Angeles. He leaves behind a large community of long time and new friends from every walk of life. His curiosity for learning and doing new things never waned. Ron traveled extensively both for work and recreationally.

He leaves behind his wife, Diane Cordingley of Los Angeles, his father, Antonio Perez of Lexington, Ky, his sister, Dr. Kathryn Perez Riley and her husband Dr. Scott Riley of Lexington, Ky. and his youngest sister, Lisa Perez Riegleman of Grafton, WI. Ron was predeceased by his mother, Mary Diana Richards Perez. He also leaves behind fourteen nieces and nephews.

Donations to the ASPCA or Juvenile Diabetes are preferred in lieu of flowers.
